The etiology, pathogenesis, clinical picture, diagnostic and differential diagnostic options, prognosis, and the basic principles of conservative and surgical treatment of diseases of the stomach, duodenum, small intestine and mesentery, appendix, colon and rectum, anus and perianal space. The last part of the book discusses diseases of the retroperitoneal space and their surgical treatment.
