The revised and supplemented edition of Volume 3 of the Dictionary of the Bulgarian Language was compiled by the current members of the Bulgarian Lexicology and Lexicography Section. It includes many new words, phrases, and idioms. The interpretation of a number of lexical units from the religious and political lexicon has been updated and de-ideologized. The stylistic characteristics of the words have been modernized, and the grammatical characteristics have been brought into line with the latest normative decisions. The illustrative material has been enriched and modernized. This edition contains 6501 dictionary entries for words beginning with the letter Г (г- гяче) and part of the letter Д (д- деятел).
