The book is dedicated to the little-known and in many cases already forgotten authors of Bulgarian botany, who, along with the big names in this science, have also given their modest contribution to its development and establishment. It is an attempt to comprehensively present their botanical activity and an expression of gratitude for their work in the study of our flora. For each of the authors, a complete bibliographic list of his botanical publications (scientific, popular science, methodological, etc.) is also given, as well as a list of publications containing information about his life and work.
