Rosica Chobanova
Rosica  ChobanovaRositsa Chobanova is a professor at the Institute for Economic Research at the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences. Since 2008 he has been the Scientific Secretary of the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences. She graduated in 1978 (HIE "Karl Marx", now UNWE - Sofia). In 1983 she defended her doctorate on the problems of the effective participation of the country in the international division of labor at the Moscow State University "M. V. Lomonosov ”- Russia. She defended his second doctorate in 2007 in Bulgaria on the topic "Innovation of the national economy". In 2010 she was awarded the scientific title "Senior Research Fellow I degree" in connection with her work in the field of knowledge economy. She has specialized in the USA - New York and Washington (on the issues of scientific policy in the American Association for the Development of Science, publisher of the journal "Science"), in Belgium - Brussels: the European Commission and NATO, in Great Britain - Center for Science, Technology and innovation policy at the University of Sussex, in the Netherlands - Erasmus University of Rotterdam, in Hungary - Central European University. Apart from the country, Prof. R. Chobanova has published scientific articles and books in Austria, Great Britain, Germany, China, the Netherlands, Poland, Russia, Hungary, the Czech Republic, as well as author's works published by the European Commission. There are also positive reviews about her work in the United States.
Pavlinka Naidenova
Pavlinka  NaidenovaPavlinka Naidenova is a Doctor of Economics and Associate Professor of Innovation Policy and Corporate Governance at the Institute for Economic Research at the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences. In 1985 she graduated from the Faculty of Economics of Kiev State University. She developed her doctoral dissertation at the Institute for Economic Research at the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences, where in 1991 he became a doctor of economics. She specializes in company management in Leipzig, Germany. Among its most important publications are: Economic Problems of Innovation Policy in Bulgaria (ed., 2005); Catching up with the economic development of Bulgaria - strategy and realities (in co-author, 2006); Knowledge as an economic resource (et al., 2013).

Adelina Milanova
Adelina  MilanovaAdelina Milanova holds a PhD in Economics and an Associate Professor of Corporate Culture at the Institute for Economic Research at the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences. Her master's degree is in economics and economic sociology, obtained at the University of National and World Economy - Sofia. She defended her doctoral dissertation on the philosophy and messages of French economic liberalism at the Institute for Economic Research at the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences in 1994. She specialized at the Institute for Human Sciences - Europe and at the Université Paris-Dauphine in France. She is the author of a number of scientific articles and studies, is a member of editorial boards of international economic journals. She has taught a course "Social and Economic Theories" at the New Bulgarian University and teaches "Economic Culture" at UNWE. Among her more famous publications are: Genesis of corporate culture in Bulgaria (2008); Corporate Culture in Bulgaria - Reality and Challenges. The Future of Social-Anthropological Studies (2012); Knowledge as an economic resource (et al., 2013) and others.
