The book examines personal pronouns in Balkan languages from a historical and comparative perspective. The study is conducted sequentially on three levels: morphological (using tools from set theory), semantic (through a system of binary differential features), and syntactic (using dependency grammar). Based on the results obtained, comparisons are made between personal pronoun systems in Balkan languages along the synchronic and diachronic axes, and conclusions are drawn about the similarities and differences between them and the trends in their development.
