This monograph aims to create a methodology for assessing the sustainability of the Bulgarian export. In search of appropriate instruments, the author creates an approach to assess the economic
sustainability of the export. The approach is applied to establish the sustainability of the export from Bulgaria in the period 2008-2019 at different aggregation levels of calculation – for all exports, separately for
goods and services, and at the lowest level – by types of goods and services.
