In this book an attempt is made to trace and comprehend the path of Bulgarian higher education in engineering and architecture for the period after 1878, noting the most important milestones of this development. But by no means with claims to completeness and comprehensiveness. The description of the events is based on a number of archival documents - some of them are reproduced in the book, and others are cited from available reliable sources. It is believed that by getting acquainted with them, the reader will be able to come to the right conclusions.
