This monograph examines the theoretical and methodological foundations of the mechanism
for developing the aggregate financial and economic potential of organizations, justifies the principles and approaches to its assessment, and conducts a comprehensive analysis of the current state and major trends in the development of the agribusiness and processing industry in the Republic of Belarus; A methodological toolkit for assessment and a business model for the digital development of the aggregate financial and economic potential of organizations in the agri-food sector have been developed, and the feasibility of their practical application has been substantiated; the main directions for the sustainable innovative development of organizations in the agri-food sector have been outlined. The implementation of the proposed conceptual directions contributes to sustainable development and increased efficiency in utilizing the aggregate financial and economic potential of organizations in the agri-food sector within the digital economy.
