Stoyan Denchev is a consultant in information technology, information management and corporate communications, professor of automated systems for information processing and management, Doctor of Science. He graduated from the Faculty of Mathematics at Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski ”. He was a member of the 37th National Assembly, Secretary General of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Bulgaria in the government of Lyuben Berov and Ambassador to Finland (1994-1995). He has been the Vice President of MG Corporation since 1998. and is a consultant in the Consulting Office "Dr. Denchev". Since 2002 to this day he is rector of the University of Library Science and Information Technology. He specializes in Japan, Russia and Germany. He has long worked as a senior researcher at the University of California, Berkeley, USA.
Dimitar Hristozov graduated in mathematics at Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski ”. Participates in the development of models and tools for building integrated quality assessments of technologies and technological objects, as well as quality management information systems in "INFORMA". He defended his doctoral dissertation (1986), became a "Doctor of Technical Sciences" (2009), and in 2002. was elected professor of computer science at the American University in Blagoevgrad, in this field he is recognized as one of the leading specialists in the world. Prof. Hristozov is one of the founders of the Institute of Information Science in Santa Rosa, California, USA, the Bulgarian Statistical Society and the Bulgarian Teleworking Association.
