Summary

The monograph was divided into two segments, a theoretical part, and a practical part. For
writing the theoretical part of the monograph, primary and secondary professional sources were
used, including Czech and English written scientific articles that focused on corporate diversity
management. Scientific articles written in English were obtained from scientific databases,
namely Web of Science, Scopus and Google Scholar.

• Tomasz Czapran: Tomasz Czapran PhD, Eng. Doctor of Economics in the field of Management Science (the University of Economics and Business in Prague, the Czech Republic). A specialist in management, sales psychology, communication, and business negotiations. A senior lecturer at the PRIGO University in the Czech Republic and the College of Economics and Computer Science in Kraków (Poland). A former lecturer at the Prague University of Economics and Business and the Metropolitan University Prague. Manager with 15 years of experience in sales and strategic management. His working experience has been gained in five different countries: Germany, the Czech Republic, the United Kingdom, Türkiye, and Poland while working for Oracle Corporation, Cisco Systems Inc., Bayerische Motoren Werke AG, GeoVision Inc., Oras Group, and SGS GmbH, among others.
