This monograph attempts to define the widespread threats that humanity is not always able to effectively eliminate. These include, among other things, the broadly understood and multifaceted rise in public expectations regarding safety, as well as the evaluation of systems and procedures for searching for missing persons. Consequently, due to the evolution of these threats as well as the increasing emphasis on security, the situation requires increasingly complex measures.
